• Certificate in TEFL 60 hours - finished January 2010
• Certificate in Grammar Awareness Course - finished October 2009

o Teaching English one-to-one

o Teaching large classes

• Certificate in Cultural Fluency - December 2002
• Certificate in “Introducing South Africa to the Tourist” Course - March 2002
• Certificate in Touch Points - Premium Class (Business Class) SAA - December 2003
